Hotel management
Full-service hotel management for internationally branded hotels — revenue management, operations, food and beverage, people, financial control and guest experience under a single agreement. We know the Baltic market, its seasonality and its labour market, and our board is directly and personally involved in running every hotel.

Hotel development
We advise developers and investors throughout the development cycle — from feasibility and brand selection to franchise negotiations and pre-opening delivery. With an operator involved from day one, you avoid layout, room-mix and brand-selection mistakes that are far more expensive to correct after construction. Our established relationships with several international hotel brands shorten approval times and help secure better terms.

Capital partnership
We work in PropCo/OpCo, HoldCo and JV structures, shaping our stake around your return requirements. A significant part of our management fee is incentive-based and tied to GOP targets, so our success depends directly on your hotel's results. Reporting is monthly, performance reviews are quarterly, and the owner has a clearly defined right to terminate if agreed targets are not met.
